Biografía

He grew up in Medellín, listening to the music of Pedro Infante, Lola Beltrán, Vicente Fernández, José Alfredo Jiménez, and Antonio Aguilar.

As a child he knew that his thing was to be an artist. And so he has prepared himself with talent, discipline, and humility; in composition, performance, and even as an actor and playwright.

In 2010 Botero managed to enter the lists of ‘National Report’ as a singer-songwriter of ‘Que soy un idiota’, occupying the first places in the radio stations. ‘Botero’ has shared the stage with artists such as: J. Balvin, Silvestre Dangond and Jorge Celedón, among others.

2021 is a major year in ‘Botero's career, with the release of his new single on January 29.
